Why has my delivery beed refunded?
Your order may be refunded if you have selected the wrong delivery option. You can go back in and reorder and select your correct area.
When will i get my order
Any order placed before 3pm will leave the next day. Your order will be shipped with DPD
Order before 3pm on Monday and receive your order on Wednesday
Order before 3pm on Tuesday and receive your order on Thursday
Order before 3pm on Wednesday and receive your order on Friday
Order before 3pm on Thursday and receive your order on Tuesday
Order before 3pm on Saturday and receive your order on Tuesday
Order before 3pm on Sunday and receive your order on Tuesday
Bank holidays may differ keep eye on tracking for updates.
Will I be notified about my Delivery
You will receive an email from Raw Dog Food Direct or DPD with tracking information. Your order will be delivered pre 12am where this service is possible.
Can I leave it at a neighbours or safeplace?
No, because your order will be fresh frozen it cant be left in a safe place or at a neighbours as it could defrost or spoil.
Will my order be frozen when it arrives?
Yes, We have a box designed specifically for Raw Dog Food Direct to ship with DPD. It has passed our and DPD standards.

All our fresh produce is delivered in our specifically designed temperature controlled boxes that stay at temperature for up to 48 hours, so all your dog food will arrive fresh and frozen every time you order.

All our packaging has been designed to be reused or recycled.
